Admit it - no one actually expected any kind of update! I've been SO useless
when it comes to keeping this homepage fresh and up to date. Sorry about that!
But now - finally - there are some new photos for you to take a look at. All
taken last month at West End Live in London. It was the first time I managed to
be in town for this event and I had a blast! Go

I will try to write at least a few show reviews soon. It's been way too long!

I know... I'm horrible when it comes to updates these days. I hardly write
any reviews which might be due to the fact that I've seen so many shows lately
but mostly those have been repeat visits to my current favourites. And I've
definitely been lazy over the last couple of months. Won't promise a chang at
this point.... however it might happen anyway. You never know, I might get in
the review mood again sooner or later.
Anyway, just thought I'd mention

A little late (as always) but I wanted to take a minute to say how
absolutely happy I am about the outcome of the US election that took place on
November 4th 2008. I was able to celebrate twice that day - first my birthday (although
I almost tried to ignore that... I'm not as young as I used to be.. haha) and
secondly the new US president Barack Obama. Finally the USA will have a real
president again. I wish him only the best! Congrats USA!

Apologies for the lack of new reviews. I really could do with a little more
spare time these days. However, at least I've added one new "feature" today: The
Show Counter. Basically this is the place where I'm trying to keep track of the
shows I've seen. So go take a look if you want to see just how much I love
watching musicals and plays. ;)

Oh my... it's been ages!! I'll try to update the website as soon as possible.
Came back from a lovely holiday in Italy last week. I'm missing the sunny
weather already (it's raining outside while I'm writing this...).
So, watch out for some "new" German reviews - or better: Some reviews I haven't
put on here so far from shows I've seen over the past few months. ;)

Gosh... it's been ages since I last updated the website. I've added some new
photos to the London Musical section - just came back from a 4 days trip to my
favourite city. :)
There will be some new reviews asap... watch out for the Miami Nights German
tour section once I've managed to upload all the reviews I've done so far.

Hey.... only 11 days since my last entry. And I've done it: The Lord of the
Rings review is online and can be found in the German reviews section. There's
also a new Wicked review (by the way, the Wicked reviews have their own little
section now).
And I've just finished uploading quite abunch of pics from the Over the Rainbow
musical show which I took last night. Feel free to take a look in the musical
pics section.
And last - not least:
The cast of Mamma Mia! Essen has started a charity to help children suffering
from Noma. Everyone can help - and you're getting great value for your money ;).

Apologies for not writing anything for 2 months. There have been some
updates since June but I haven't posted any comment on here about it. So, in
case you missed it here's what has been added since June: Quite a few new pics (mostly
in the musical section - just have a look around and you'll most likely notice),
some new German reviews (mainly Mamma Mia in Essen)... well, guess that's the
main stuff. Watch out for new German reviews soon - there will be quite a long
review for Lord of the Rings. It's all finished and has already been posted on a
message board. Haven't had the time to upload it onto the website yet though.
And there will be more photos as well - been to London Zoo again (just to give
you a hint what to watch out for). ;)
So, please come back soon for some new stuff - until then: Stay happy and enjoy

I've started to do some more artwork once again - guess the new pirates
movie (which is fantastic by the way - go see it NOW!!) has inspired me to do

Went to see Roger Cicero in concert last night. What can I say? It was
AMAZING. The guy is SO talented - it's unbelievable!

A little late but whatever: Happy new year!! Hope everyone had a good start
into 2007!
Some new stuff here on this website. I decided to add my
German show reviews which are usually posted on some of the messageboards I frequently visit. Thought it would be nice to have
them on here as well. After all there are several German speaking people who
visit my website. ;)
It's still a work in progress though... quite a lot of work to upload all those
reviews. So please be patient. I'll do my best to add as many reviews as
possible.

Yes, I've been a busy girl and have finished another update. 2 new reviews:

Wicked in London both on November 25th 2006.

I also added a new section to the website... there is now a special page where I
will recommend shows. Usually you won't find any of the really big musicals etc.
on there - they don't need any extra advertising. I will rather mention shows
that deserve some extra attention (shows that the common musical / theatre fan
isn't already talking about 24/7). So, take a look....
and go watch these shows! What are you waiting for?? Hehehe.

website and I'll try to upload more photos when I have the time. The newest
photo addition are some of the pics taken at the
Käpt'n Blaubär promotion in Cologne today. :)

What's new? First of all 2 new reviews. I finally finished my little review
for Dirty Dancing on November 1st. Took me long
enough, I know. And the review for Die 13 1/2
Leben des Käpt'n Blaubär is online. Evenyone who gets the chance just has to
watch this show!
And what I really have to mention on here.... after being a fan for 14 years I
met my all time favourite band: Take That. I already met Mark Owen several times
last year when he was on tour and promoting his solo career. And now I finally
managed to meet the rest of the band as well. So, there you go people... 2
photos from yesterday evening. :-)

I'm getting old.... ok, at least I'm getting older... 27 already and only 3
years to go until the big 3-0. Anyway, I don't feel old... yet. ;-)
I've been a busy girl lately so I'm a bit behind with all the reviews. But at

I've been watching various reports about Michael J. Fox's latest TV advert
and the reactions it has caused. And I just wanted to say that I think it is
disgusting to allege he is putting on an act to gain attention. That radio
announcer who was suggesting Michael J. Fox had probably forgotten to take his
medicine - how sick is that?! This guy should be ashamed of what he said!
I have great respect for Michael J. Fox. He is fighting for his aim - a cure for
Parkinson's disease - and he doesn't care what others think.
Everyone who wants to read a truly honest and moving book: Please go and
buy "Lucky Man" by Michael J. Fox! It's a fantastic book about a great man!

What's new? I came back from a weekend in Hamburg today, it's my dad's
birthday.... and I managed to do a review of Dirty
Dancing already. Don't flame me for being honest in it.... everyone's
entitled to his/her own opinion. ;)

I'm looking forward to seeing Wicked next week. I've been dying to see that show
since I heard the Broadway cast recording for the first time.

Just writing down the date reminded me of what happened 5 years ago. Still
hard to believe 9-11 is no fiction but the pure and brutal truth. My prayers are
with everyone who has lost a loved one on Sep. 9th 2001!
This doesn't really fit in but I just finished my review for the
Jesus Christ Superstar opening night show.

Added some photos from the Jesus Christ Superstar Pre-Matinee show at the
Aalto Theater in Essen. I realised once again that it's not easy to take good
pics if you're not able to use the flash on your camera. So, sorry the pics are
not all that great - best I could do under these cicumstances- ;)

Ok, I finally did it.... my own
homepage. After thinking about this for quite a while I decided it might be nice
to have this little webspace to share a bit of what's going on in my life. Not
that my life is THAT interesting for everyone... but hey... if it bores you just
leave this website. ;-)
However, my friends might like to see what I'm up to and I know I never
get around to keeping everyone informed by email. So this website is the place
to go if you want to know what's happening in my life.
I'll try to put more photos etc
online... it might take a while but
please be patient and hopefully I'll manage to add more and more stuff in the
process of time. And, of course, I'll do my best to update this website as often
as possible!
