Die 13 1/2
Leben des Käpt'n Blaubär - Cologne - November 29th 2006
There was no
way I could have missed this rather special show. It was Nik Breidenbach's
last show. Despite the fact that it was rather sad to see him go I still
enjoyed the show just as much as I did the other times I saw it. Blaubär is
really an amazing new musical - full of energy and with a totally fantastic
cast.
Blaubär: Björn Klein
I haven't
even seen Sven Prüwer in the role... and to be honest I'm not sure if I even
want to. Björn is fantastic as Blaubär.... great voice and great acting. ;)
He has definitely
become one of the reason I come back to see the show again and again.
Prof.
Nachtigaller: Stefan Stara
So funny and
so full of energy. I love the interaction with the audience! :)
Groot
and Stollentroll: Nik Breidenbach
I only found
out about 2 weeks earlier that he was leaving the cast. Sad to see him go as
he was just perfect in his roles.
Superb
performance once again. He looked a bit embarrassed at the end of the show
though when the whole cast sang "Vertrau auf mich" for him on stage. ;)
Chemluth Havanna: Oliver Parchment
I enjoyed his
role a lot more this time. Really funny and very strong on the vocal side! I
love the way he says his lines.... ga! ;)
Wahnsinn and Yeti: Arthur Büscher
He did well
but once again I didn't really like the characters he played. But - and I've
said that before - this is not his fault.
Fredda and Tratschwelle: Barbara Tartaglia
Great, great...
not to forget: great!! ;)
She is so
fantastic in all her parts. You can see she is having a good time on stage.
And what a voice! Once again an all in all brilliant performance!
Smeik
and Tratschwelle: Pamela Zottele
She's really
good as Smeik.... I can imagine it's quite hard to portray a character when
you're wearing a rather huge costume that shows almost nothing of your face.
Also a good performance as Tratschwelle.
16 U:
Peggy Pollow
Cute, cuter,
16 U. :)
Her songs is
one of my favourites in the whole show. One little "accident" in the scene
inside the Bollock's head just before the "Wahnsinn" sings his song: Peggy
ran across the stage and 16 U (in other words: Peggy's costume) got stuck on
one of the other bad ideas which looked rather funny. She had to stop and
free herself.
Blaubärin: Jasmin Madwar
She looks so
cute with her blue costume. And I love her bright smile. :)
Akrobat: Benjamin Pfeiffer
Totally
faultless - great show!
Ensemble: Jessie Roggemann, Daniela Grubert, Janine Tippl, Pascal Illi,
Oliver Pauli, Tobias Roloff, Oliver Sekula, Jenny Winkler
All of them
did really well. It still amazes me how they manage to play so many
different characters in this show.
That's it for
this time - but my next visits to this wonderful show are all planned and
actually already booked.... Zamonien, you won't get rid of me anytime soon.
